- Submit the documents at
least 4-6 weeks before travel to avoid delays.
- Attend an in-person biometric
appointment (fingerprints & photo).
Step 5: Track
Your Application
- After submission, track your application through
the official VFS website or
the Dutch Embassy portal.
- Processing time is typically 15-30 days, but it may take
longer.
Step 6: Receive
Your Visa
- If approved, collect your visa-stamped passport or receive it by courier.

To receive an official invitation letter for ISPHPM
