  • Attend an in-person biometric appointment (fingerprints & photo).

Step 5: Track Your Application

  • After submission, track your application through the official VFS website or the Dutch Embassy portal.
  • Processing time is typically 15-30 days, but it may take longer.

Step 6: Receive Your Visa

  • If approved, collect your visa-stamped passport or receive it by courier.
  • Check your visa details for accuracy.

To receive an official invitation letter for ISPHPM 2025, follow these steps:

Email Request: Contact the conference secretariat at isphpm2025@spectrumconferences.com with the subject “Request for Invitation Letter – ISPHPM 2025.”

Include the following details in your request:

  • Full Name (as per passport)
  • Passport Number
  • Nationality
  • Affiliation/Institution
  • Address & Contact Information
  • Registration Confirmation (attach proof of payment)
